Grammar HPF app for iPhone and iPad

This application is an interactive measure that will help Auckland Grammar School create High Performance Teams. The App allows members of a particular team to answer three critical questions on a regular basis. The outputs define the current status of the team, in the context of a high performance framework. This will allow coaches, school leaders and team members to develop strategies to enable high performance from a coherent and transparent framework.

The High Performance Framework App has been developed by Dr David Harris. His doctoral research was on the governance of New Zealand rugby, and it was from here that his focus on creating the conditions for high performance teams emerged. He currently facilitates the AUT University MBA High Performance Teams programme, and has been involved with Auckland Grammar rugby for the past 5 years
